Good knowledge of Cloud Platform such as AWS.
• Create content that generates text-based user input to power artificial
intelligence.

• Good communication skills.
• Monitors the performance of trainees and agents on the floor, and
identifies training gaps and conducts relevant training/coaching
programs.
• Should be comfortable to address small and large group of students.
